UMKC International Affairs is pleased to announce our weekly lineup of events for International Education Week (IEW) 2023! This is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide, by promoting programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and uplift our international students, staff, and faculty through various events. In honor of IEW, our International Student Ambassadors are kicking off the week by hosting a cultural disco. Join ISAP on Sunday, November 12 from 7:00PM-9:00PM to celebrate different cultures through dance and traditional dress! At this event, you will learn more about IEW and Culture Fest. Join us on Thursday, November 16 from 3:00PM–4:30PM on the first floor of the UMKC Library in the iX Theatre for lectures about African culture, student group performances, and a sampling of African cuisine to celebrate UMKC's international students from Africa.
