Roo Welcome
We invite you to explore campus resources, make new friends and learn what it takes to succeed at UMKC. All UMKC students are encouraged to attend.
Campus-wide event for parents, family members and support systems of UMKC students. We welcome your family members into our Roo family, while connecting them to support resources.
Hosted by the Transfer Student Network, these events help students transferring to UMKC get involved on campus, learn about UMKC and Kansas City and connect to UMKC staff and faculty dedicated to helping transfer students succeed.
Roos After Dark Union Takeovers are late-night events hosted in the UMKC Student Union featuring free food, entertainment, and interactive activities. They're a fun and safe way for students to connect, unwind, and enjoy campus life after hours.
