Students, faculty, and staff can access the Care Center one time per week. Once checked in at the front desk by providing your ID, visitors will shop for their items that are needed for the week. We provide a variety of pantry staples as they are available to us. Items may vary weekly.

Make sure to bring your own reusable bag as we do not provide plastic bags anymore. We have created a new appointment system for those who want to shop at the Care Center to create a better pantry experience. Guests can use this link to make an appointment: https://app.pantrysoft.com/login/umkc

You will receive a confirmation email once you create your appointment, please show our front desk volunteer your email confirmation, fill out your intake form, and enjoy shopping for your items!

Who is Dr. Raj Bala Agrawal?

"The establishment of the Dr. Raj Bala Agrawal Care Center was made possible through donations received to the Dr. Raj Bala Agrawal Memorial Fund established December 2020 and a personal donation made by Sue and Mauli Agrawal to create an endowment. The fund recognizes and honors the life of Chancellor Mauli Agrawal’s mother, who was an educator and grateful for the opportunity to engage with the many generous friends and alumni of the university and cheer on UMKC students."
