Team Engagement Ideas 

Small moments can make a big difference. If you need a little inspiration for your next team activity, explore these ideas to create connection, collaboration, and fun - and make them your own!

  • Surprise Office Delivery - bring coffee, snacks, fruit, or small treats to team members during busy periods such as registration, semester startups, or graduation.
  • Appreciation Wall - create a space where accomplishments and compliments can be shared between colleagues.
  • Send a Roo Recognition - send a personal note to let someone know of a job well done.
  • Food Day - Arrange for colleagues to bring in a dish and have a lunch together.
  • Dirty Soda Day - Colleagues can bring in a soda and flavors to make an afternoon pick me up.
  • Play a Game - 2 Truths and 1 Lie, Bingo, board games, and name that tune.
  • Trivia Lunch - break the team into groups and hold a trivia game. You could use themes like movies, music, or TV shows to name a few.
