Microsoft OneDrive

Microsoft OneDrive is the preferred online file storage and sharing platform for the UMKC campus.

Active Student, Faculty and Staff accounts are automatically licensed for 5TB of storage space at no cost.

OneDrive allows you to securely store your files in a single place that's accessible from multiple platforms and devices. With OneDrive, you can share files for collaboration in real time with the other Office applications. 

Onedrive sync client is automatically installed on university owned and managed windows and Mac OS devices. It is also available on RemoteLabs after launching the OneDrive app from the start menu and signing in with your UMKC username and password.

OneDrive is available in the Microsoft 365 portal at https://portal.office.com. Sign in with your UMKC username and password. It is also available as a desktop sync client and mobile client for most platforms and may be installed on personal devices. Visit the Microsoft Onedrive download page to download and install.
