Law

Students interested in applying to law school are not required to have any specific major, but must first attain their bachelor’s degree. There are also no required courses or prerequisites to apply, however students may find coursework in areas such as Philosophy, Logic, and Ethics can be beneficial when preparing for the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT).

After completing their bachelor’s degree, students can expect to spend an additional three years completing law school. Upon successful completion of law school, students must pass the Bar Examination to be considered for membership in the Bar Association in the specific state in which they intend to practice.
