Summer 2024

Students must be enrolled for a minimum of 6 credit hours during the summer to live in Residential Life.

These rates are for the full summer (May 11 - August 16). In order to live in Residential Life for the full summer a student is required to have an active contract at the conclusion of the 2024 spring semester for either the 2023-2024 academic year or 2024 spring AND a contract for the 2024-2025 academic year. Other important information about summer housing in Residential Life:

  • Students who do not have an active contract at the conclusion of the 2024 spring semester will be able to move-in based on the start of their academic program.
  • Students who do not have a contract for the 2024-2025 academic year must move out by noon on Saturday, July 27.
  • No dining plan is available for summer of 2024
  • Residents who do not live in Residential Life for the entire summer will have their charges prorated based on their length of stay.
  • Summer school residents will be housed in Johnson Hall and the second floor of Hospital Hill Apartments. Rockhill Apartments are only available for residents who have assignments in that facility for Spring 2024 or Fall 2024.
  • Residents will move from their spring assignment to their summer assignment on specified dates that will be announced later in the spring.
  • Residents will move from their summer assignment to their fall assignment on specified dates that will be announced later in the spring.
