Summer 2026
Students must be enrolled for a minimum of 6 credit hours during the summer to live in Residential Life.
Dining plans are not available for summer 2026.
These rates are per bed for the full summer (May 16 - August 19). To live in Residential Life for the full summer a student is required to have an active contract at the conclusion of the 2026 spring semester for either the 2025-2026 academic year or 2026 spring AND a contract for the 2026-2027 academic year. Other important information about summer housing in Residential Life:
- Students who do not have an active contract at the conclusion of the 2026 spring semester will be able to move-in based on the start of their academic program.
- Students who do not have a contract for the 2026-2027 academic year must move out by noon on Saturday, August 1.
- Residents who do not live in Residential Life for the entire summer will have their charges prorated based on their length of stay. A cancellation fee will apply for residents that move out early.
- Summer school residents will be housed on the first floor (second floor if additional space is needed) of Johnson Hall and the first and second floor of Hospital Hill Apartments.
- Due to Residential Life's commitment to house guests supporting World Cup operations residents requesting to live in Hospital Hill Apartments must submit their contract by March 2 to be assigned there.
- Residents will move from their spring assignment to their summer assignment from May 21 through May 25.
- Residents will move from their summer assignments to their fall assignments August 6 through August 9.
