Faculty Success Program

The Faculty Success Program is NCFDD’s most popular program. Offered in the fall, the FSP is a 10-week online program that helps tenure-track and tenured faculty develop the skills necessary to increase research and writing productivity while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Each year, the Provost sponsors three scholarships to cover the cost of the FSP (which is not included with the institutional membership). More information on scholarships for the Fall 2025 program will be available in spring.
