Biography

Rebecca Markley has worked more than 20 years as a senior-level administrative professional with a record of offering consistent, customer-focused administrative support in public and private post-secondary higher education.

As the senior executive assistant to the provost and executive vice chancellor, Rebecca provides critical administrative support to the Office of the Provost. She is responsible for the provost's calendar management, travel planning, expense reimbursement and records and retention management. Using her advanced business and interpersonal skills, Rebecca drafts and edits provost communications and assists with the planning, executing and assessing of key deliverables, events and projects.

In addition, she directs, develops and implements office policies, procedures and programs; represents the Office of the Provost at designated meetings; and offers back-up administrative support to the vice provosts and Office of the Chancellor.
