The Cashiers Office is open for in person business between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. You can still call or email us for help as most business can be handled remotely and at your convenience.
For security purposes please note that when calling the Cashiers Office we ask that you have the 8 digit UMKC student ID number or the student's social security number.
Please include the student ID number in any correspondence to our office.
Please bring photo ID when coming in person to the Cashiers Office so that we can verify your identity.

You can make payments to your student account online by check or credit card in TouchNet, by credit card at the Guest Pay site or mailing a check, cashiers check or money order to the Cashiers Office. For payment info click here
