Going to college can be complicated. We're here to make understanding your tuition and staying on top of your payments simpler.
The University will be closed on Monday January 19, 2026 for the Dr. Martin Luther King holiday.  Payment can still be made online if the school is closed.  Students can make payment online in TouchNet.  TouchNet authorized users can make payment at the TouchNet Authorized User website at go.umkc.edu/TNAuthUser.  Anyone can pay at the Guest Pay site at go.umkc.edu/guestpay

Contacting the Cashiers Office

You can email or call the Cashiers Office for assistance with any billing related questions at cashiers@umkc.edu or 816 235 1365.  We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm to assist you by email or phone and we are open for walk in traffic (through UMKC Central) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am to 4:30pm and Wednesday 9am to 4:30pm. You will need to bring your UMKC Student ID card or other form of photo identification when visisting in person for verification and security purposes. 

For verification and security purposes please note that when calling the Cashiers Office we ask that you have the 8 digit UMKC student ID number or the student's social security number.

Please include the student ID number in any correspondence to our office.
