The Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence (CAFE) develops resources for faculty in four areas — teaching and learning, service and engagement, research and creativity, and faculty life and leadership.

Faculty Ombudsperson

The Office of the Faculty Ombudsperson provides an independent listening ear, impartial guidance and confidential resources for faculty to turn to if they need assistance proceeding with unresolved workplace issues. The office encourages a respectful culture, mutual understanding and dialogue.
